Cabinet Refacing

 What Is Cabinet Refacing?
Cabinet refacing is the process whereby the outside of your cabinets is covered with wood, such as oak, maple or cherry and solid wood doors are installed along with new hardware and trim. The end result is a beautiful new hardwood kitchen that has the look of expensive solid wood custom cabinetry.

How Much Does Cabinet Refacing Cost?                  Cabinet refacing is usually about 40% the cost of new cabinets. If you spend $8,000 to $10,000 on new you can expect to spend about $3,500 to $4,500 on cabinet refacing.  Our average job cost is about $3,900.

Can Cabinets Be Added Or Modified?
New cabinets can be added to blend with existing and we can also replace drawers and shelves.

Why Is Kitchen Perfect More Affordable Than Our Competitors?
Kitchen Perfect does not use subcontractors which allows us to control our costs and quality. We manufacture much of our own refacing materials which greatly reduces cost. We believe in fair and honest pricing which we pass on to our clients.

Step1.

All the old doors and drawer fronts are removed. We then clean and make sure all cabinets are aligned and secure.  We can change cabinets or add cabinets at this time.

Step 2.

The cabinets are covered with real wood. This can be oak, maple or cherry and stained to the color of your choice.  We also can provide custom staining if you are trying to match something existing in the house. Everything that you see with the door closed is covered. At this time new drawers, lazy susans and pull-out trays can be installed.

Step 3.

New doors are installed.  We use a Euro type hinge so it is not seen.  New hardware, trim and molding are installed.  The result ... a beautiful new kitchen at less than half the cost and a fraction of the time of a total kitchen remodel.
